- Advertisements are released during April/May/June through leading News Papers for admission every year. An aptitude cum Mental ability tests is conducted before admission
Admission for Air craft Maintenance Engineering course begins in the month of June/July every year.
- Eligibility for Admission :-
- The candidates shall have passed minimum 10+2 class with aggregate of 50% marks in physics and mathematics;
-
or
- a three years diploma in engineering;
- or
- a higher qualification in science with physics and mathematics.
- The trainees shall be subjected to a medical examination before they are admitted to the training institute by a doctor possessing at least an MBBS degree. Candidates shall not have any physical disabilities or colour blindness, which may interfere in discharging the duties as an AME.
- Age Limit :- 17 to 24 years

50% seats are filled directly by the Institute by selecting students from eligible candidates. An aptitude cum Mental ability test are conducted before admission.
Remaining 50% seats are filled up through JEXPO & Poly-40
Aptitude & Mental Ability tests are conducted to select students for direct admission
only.

Should have passed Madhyamik (Class-X) with physical Science and Mathematics securing minimum 60%in these subjects.
- Upper Age Limit :- 21 years
